James in finance was beyond real and personable & general sales manager Josh was active on the field and ensuring open communication to all guests. Max was the best Sales Consultant. He made us feel like how he would treat his own family. He took the time to listen and personalized the sale to our desires. We never felt pressured. Josh, the General sales manager made sure to check on us and made sure we were ok. James T also made the finance experience enjoyable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The environment was clean, pleasant and had a peaceful vibe. Thankful for the whole experience! Highly recommend.

We really like the way James tippett treated us at Jarrett Gordon Ford....with respect and he is very knowledgeable and has patience. He explains everything very well. You don't find many salespeople like him. We highly recomend him to everyone and the financial department as well. We give them five stars.
