Pretty painless experience as far as car buying goes. I came in knowing what I wanted, and no one tried to sway me from it.

They're a great team. We service our 3 Ford vehicles at Jarrett-Gordon because it's the best value. Terry is an excellent service advisor. The quality of work is also very good and you get a sense that everyone is doing their best.

I had recall work done on my Ford Maverick. It was done using the mobile service in which they come to you. It was awesome I was able to have this service done at my home.

My Escape started shaking one day and I brought it up to Ford Access Road. I ended up having to leave it there, which sucked because I’d recently been laid off and had interviews lined up, but like a hero Terry swooped in and saved me. He looked at my car himself, reassured me she was in good hands, and was able to get me a loaner. I was able to get to all my interviews and my car was well taken care of. It was a sample as a battery and brakes! Thank you so much!

A fantastic experience getting my oil changed today. Staff was very nice and managed to get it done in under an hour. Very clean facilities and great work, will absolutely be using them for my Bronco!

I was hesitant and torn on what vehicle I wanted, and they patiently walked me through every step of the way. Over the past few years, I've had my Ford vehicles serviced at other dealerships, but this time I decided to take my Transits to Jarret Gordon, and I was impressed by the way Edgar treated us. He definitely knows what good customer service is. I recommend him 100%.
