I have had my Bronco serviced twice at Jarrett-Gordon in Davenport over the past year, and on both occasions, their service was exemplary. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was being misled, and all of the staff I dealt with were genuinely friendly people. Norris took great care of me and made sure all aspects of the service experience were top notch. I’m not one to leave very many reviews for things online, but I made an exception in this case because I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this dealership (especially compared to past experiences I’ve had elsewhere).

The service is exceptional, no hidden costs or surprises… from the door you meet with professionalism.

Bought an Explorer this week. Sergey was amazing, patient and extremely up front with everything. The entire team was amazing and friendly as well.

We really like the way SERGEY KAVALERSKIY treated us at Jarrett Gordon Ford....with respect and he is very knowledgeable and has patience. He explains everything very well. You don't find many salespeople like him. We highly recomend him to everyone and the financial department as well. We give them five stars.

Wow- from beginning to end, my experience was incredible and believe it or not, it began over the phone!
