Great car and a great price. Special thanks to Sergey, who was available to answer all questions I had during and after the purchase. I’d also like to acknowledge the finance manager, Sol, who was great as well. I’m very happy I took the chance to drive 1.5 hours away to see this car!

Layton has recovered part of the stars of the company, due to his kind approach and service during once again I had to give the truck back to ford. This guy, is one of the guys who has to be kept by Jarret. ——— I had a very disappointing experience with the warranty service for my 2023 Ford F-150. This was the third time in three months that I had to bring the truck in for warranty repairs. On this visit, I was informed that the PCM needed to be replaced, but the dealership did not have the part in stock. I was told the repair would take approximately 3–5 business days. Initially, the dealership informed me that no loaner vehicles were available. About 24 hours later, they called and offered me a loaner truck. However, after arranging transportation to the dealership, I was told that I could not receive the vehicle because I only have a Brazilian driver’s license. The dealership then referred me to Enterprise for a rental vehicle that was supposedly covered under the warranty program. Unfortunately, when I arrived, no qualifying vehicle was available under the coverage provided, and I was sent back to the dealership after spending additional time and effort trying to resolve the situation. Ultimately, after losing two business days without access to my truck, I had to ask a friend with a U.S. driver’s license to pick up the loaner vehicle on my behalf. My biggest frustration is not the repair itself, but the lack of clear communication. If there are restrictions regarding foreign driver’s licenses or loaner eligibility, customers should be informed before making transportation arrangements. I hope the dealership improves its communication process so future customers can avoid the same inconvenience.

The only problem i had and it's the 1st time, I got an oil change and the oil % wasn't reset, I had to reset it myself. But overall they are the best. And service adviser Terry Jackson is always helpful when I'm there

Excellent service

I had a great experience buying my Mach-E at Jarrett-Gordon Ford. Nail was great to work with and very responsive before we made the trip for the final purchase. I would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy a new/used vehicle. Gary in financing was also great and was able to work with lenders to get me the best price and warranty without hitting the top of my budget! Earned a repeat customer!
