Just had my drivers side keypad installed and they did an excellent job . Works like it came from the factory. No rattle and door panel is solid .

Having spent years working in the auto industry myself, I’ve interacted with countless service professionals—but I have genuinely never met anyone as courteous, genuine, and attentive as him. He actually shared that he started his career in the auto business washing cars and worked his way up to Service Advisor. That kind of background truly shows in his work ethic. Throughout the entire repair process, he kept me constantly updated, was completely transparent, and followed through on every single promise he made. If management is reading this: this guy is an absolute asset to your dealership. He more than deserves a promotion to Senior Service Manager!
