I went in person to the service department to get a price on an oil change and a tire rotation because I've spent two days talking to a chat bot😂 To my pleasant surprise I came across an awesome service advisor who took me directly to their Mobile Service department where they actually can come to me to do the repairs that I need. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and the helpfulness of all the staff that was involved and I'm looking forward to getting my car serviced and my driveway on Tuesday. ❤️😀 I had an outstanding customer experience I will definitely be back.

What a warm and friendly experience. Max was awesome. Understood the vehicles options and made sure we understood all the trims available. Our 24 Bronco was a total in an accident, Max took the time to straighten out our bent license plate right in his office, and totally understood our situation. Max got us a fair deal and went the extra mile. We took advantage of the coffee bar and pop corn stand. Very personable. The dude actually listened and provided options and guidance we trusted. And I don’t trust anyone at dealerships! Kudos to Max and the whole sales team. Will be going back for my 27 GT!!

Took my Ford ecosport a second time and I'm hoping the problem with the check engine was resolved.

Great service with reasonable prices. Very fast service and they use the internet to let you know what needs to be done. You then need to approve and sign an off your approval before they begin their work.

I have had my Bronco serviced twice at Jarrett-Gordon in Davenport over the past year, and on both occasions, their service was exemplary. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was being misled, and all of the staff I dealt with were genuinely friendly people. Norris took great care of me and made sure all aspects of the service experience were top notch. I’m not one to leave very many reviews for things online, but I made an exception in this case because I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this dealership (especially compared to past experiences I’ve had elsewhere).

The service is exceptional, no hidden costs or surprises… from the door you meet with professionalism.
